7mm scale 65' Coaching Stock Packs

The 4 brake composites built in 1908/9 to Diagram 95B were unique (in Caledonian Railway terms) in having the first class lavatory sited between the First and Third Class compartments instead of between the First Class and the van which was standard on the other 65' corridor composites. These coaches were used on through Glasgow-Taunton workings via the LNWR and GWR. A photograph of one with a destination board lettered 'Glasgow Central & Bristol via Severn Tunnel' appears in O.S. Nock's book 'The Caledonian Railway'. It is the leading coach in the 10am Glasgow to Euston train in the photograph.

These coaches were all dual fitted and featured the later full elliptical roof. The last was withdrawn in 1955.

Please note that this offer is for a set of 18thou etched brass parts for the main coach body only. Per photos it includes sides, ends, interior partition and some other interior parts and such smaller details as could be accomodated on the etch.

Drawings and instructions from the full 4mm scale kit are included as a guide to construction only.
